TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as making a purchase or becoming an SOS team member signifies acceptance of these terms. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time of the transaction.
By submitting an order or becoming a member of SOS, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice. We will contact you within 48 hours if a product becomes unavailable after the order has been accepted. If this happens, we will suggest product alternatives or remove the item from the order and give you a full refund.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
Taste descriptions on this product should be used as a guide only and we will not refund for flavour discrepancy.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting SOS via email and only when permission is granted. If an order has already been dispatched, then postage costs will apply.
You must contact SOS by email regarding any exchange / refund / return of product prior to return and within 30 days of original dispatch date.
If you change your mind about the purchase, SOS is happy to exchange unused and unopened products. All additional postage costs will be at the customer's expense. However, if a product is faulty, SOS will provide a full refund or exchange including all additional delivery costs.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
All prices are in selected currency.
Once we have received the returned products, exchanges will be processed within 24 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will credit the original account of payment.
IMPORTANT: SOS takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
PRIVACY POLICY
To process orders and memberships to our team loyalty programme, it is necessary to obtain your personal information. We will only ask for the minimum information that we need to process orders.
You can change and update your personal information at any time.
If you pay online using a credit card, the card details are not viewed by us or any person except you during the transaction. The details are encrypted and passed directly to the bank.
We do not retain your credit card details. We collect site traffic information so we can continually improve site content and design. This does not provide information relating to individual users; it only provides generalised information relating to pages viewed by customers.
SHIPPING CHARGES
All prices are in selected currency and freight costs relate to total order amount.
All orders and deliveries are processed and shipped by SOS Hydration Incorporated.
SOS Hydration, Inc. only ships to customers with a billing and shipping address in the relevant country.
Delivery Orders are delivered via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and your signature may be required to accept packages.
Goods will be delivered during normal business hours and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
Goods delivered within the Unites States will take three to seven working days.
SOS takes no responsibility for lost orders if a customer provides incorrect address details.
SOS HYDRATION INSATGRAM AND SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
WHO MAY ENTER: SOS Rehydrate Instagram Contest is open to residents of the United States, New Zealand, Australia, and the United Kingdom with access to Instagram / Twitter / Facebook or other forms of social media that SOS Hydration uses for a competition. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Winners will be asked to verify their eligibility and anyone determined to be in violation of the entry requirements will be disqualified. SOS Rehydrate staff and consultants are ineligible to win.
HOW TO ENTER: Each photo must be submitted through Instagram(or requested Social Media outlet) and tagged using the hashtag # that is set out in the competition. Entrants must have a public social media account and must follow @sosrehydrate to be eligible. All entries must be submitted within the time frame set of contest posting on Instagram or other forms of social media.
WHAT TO ENTER: These will be set on the competition announcement but generally SOS Hydration is looking for images that capture user’s favorite aspects of an active lifestyle that embody the spirit of SOS Rehydrate. Entrants may submit as many photos as they would like.
Approval of each image rests at the discretion of SOS Rehydrate and photographs will not be approved if deemed inappropriate for any reason. Images depicting harassment of people, animals, or the environment or images displaying personal information of the entrant or photo subject will not be allowed and may be reported.
JUDGING: Winner(s) will be determined at the discretion of SOS Rehydrate staff. Winner will be announced on a rolling basis on SOS Rehydrate’s social media channels.
PRIZES: Determined as per each competition
PRIZE CONDITIONS: To win prizes, the winners must completely comply with the above rules, including verification of eligibility to enter the contest.
LICENSE: The contest entrant retains rights to his/her photograph(s). By entering the contest, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to SOS Rehydrate and it’s Authorized Parties, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entries (along with a name credit) in connection with the contest and promotion of the contest, in any media now or hereafter known, including, but not limited to: Inclusion in online photo galleries; display at a potential exhibition of winners; or online highlighting entries or winners of the contest.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: SOS Rehydrate reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of SOS Rehydrate, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: SOS Rehydrate is not responsible for: (1) lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or entries; (2) technical failures of any kinds; (3) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the giveaway. SOS Rehydrate may prohibit an entrant from participating in winning a prize if, in SOS Rehydrate‘s sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or SOS Rehydrate’s representatives. If for any reason this giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of SOS Rehydrate which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the giveaway, then SOS Rehydrate reserves the right at to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or any part of the giveaway and to select potential winners from among all eligible entries up until the time of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, as applicable. SOS Rehydrate reserves the right to change the rules at any time. This contest is officially sponsored by SOS Rehydrate.
